Is your child struggling? Are you unsure on how to help them or talk to them? Child therapy helps children cope with different emotions, situations, and challenges they may face. Whether it is friends, school, anxiety, depression, divorce, or behavior management, therapy can help your child cope and learn strategies that will help them long after therapy ends. In addition to working with your child, we work with you–– the parents, guardians, or caregivers, to manage behavior and learn strategies to support your child and help them become resilient.

Individual therapy can give you confidence, make you feel empowered, improve your communication skills, and overall learn to make better/healthier choices. Individual therapy will also help you improve relationships with family, friends, significant others, and the people around you. You and your therapist, as a team, will work together to identify and express your emotions in order to make positive changes that will lead to a healthier, happier life.
